Our Culture
Key Priorities
At RS Group, we continue to build our culture around our inclusion strategy, which focuses on five key priorities:
Life at RS
Though what we look like today doesn't fully reflect our ambitions, we are working hard to change this. We are committed to ensuring our organization is authentically and sustainably diverse in order to seek and embrace the very best talent that will help us Make Amazing Happen for a Better World.
Our people matter and are vital in keeping our global organization moving, so when it comes to how we work and the culture we create, our aim is to ensure each person is empowered to bring their true self to work every day.
Here at Allied, we don’t believe in quick fixes. We acknowledge that sustainable, authentic change takes time, and we will always champion diversity, inclusivity, accessibility, and representation within our culture.
From CEO Lindsley Ruth to our warehouse distribution associates—and everyone in between—we acknowledge we're all different and have something great to contribute. We are all amazing in our own right.
Diversity and Inclusion
We listened to our people when they asked for greater, more meaningful focus on diversity and inclusion (D&I) across our global organization. Since then, we've launched five dynamic RS Group D&I employee resource groups to provide support and a voice to employees. Looking at the bigger picture, we have placed diversity, inclusivity, and accessibility at the forefront of our D&I journey.
At RS Group, we truly believe that each person should be empowered to bring their true self to work each day.
