The end of the year is upon us, and the winter holidays are quickly closing in, but we’re still humming along like Santa’s workshop, helping customers overcome challenges, maintain their equipment, manage their businesses, spend their surpluses, and gear up for the new year. 2023 is going to be an especially big year for us — and we hope for you as well — but 2022 was also quite the success. Allied Wrapped 2022 – Accomplishments
This year we:
- Earned recognition in Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index.
- Invested $1 million in enhancing our employee benefits to attract and retain top industry talent.
- Introduced an array of website upgrades designed to improve the user experience.
- Sponsored Colorado State University’s NASA robotic mining competition team in the annual LUNABOTIC competition for the fifth consecutive year.
- Opened our new hybrid office space and enacted a flexible work model.
- Announced an agreement to acquire Risoul.
- Invested in Women in Electronics.
- Worked with RS Group to bring The Washing Machine Project to the U.S.
- Celebrated our 10-year anniversary with Siemens.
- Announced that we’re changing our name to “RS” in Q1 2023.
- Were named a 2022 Top Place to Work by the Dallas Morning News.
- Announced the new RS DesignSpark Accelerate Incubator Program.
- Were named one of the 2022 Top 50 Inspiring Workplaces in North America by Inspiring Workplaces.

This year, we welcomed a new Managing Director of Ventures and CIO, bid farewell to our president, and welcomed a new interim president.

This year, we added dozens of new suppliers and thousands of new products to our industrial electronics, facilities maintenance, pneumatics, electrical connectivity, industrial networking, material handling & packaging, industrial automation, control cabinet, lighting, weighing, filtering, motion control, preventative maintenance, PLC, HMI, electronic component, indication, and industrial control product categories.
